Step-by-Step Instructions for Linking ClicSmart with Google Home
Before you begin, ensure that you have paired your ClicSmart device with the ClicSmart app. See the following page for instructions:
Follow the steps below to link your ClicSmart Wi-Fi Smart Plug to Google Home:
1. Open the Google Home app on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to the devices tab at the bottom of the screen, and then selected the “(+) Add” button located at the bottom-right
3. On the next screen, choose “Works with Google”.
4. Use the search bar at the top and type “ClicSmart, and then select the “ClicSmart” search option after it appears.
5. Using your ClicSmart username and password, follow the login flow to create the link between ClicSmart and Google Home.’
6. Select “Authorize” when finished to finalize linking your ClicSmart account.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to link ClicSmart to Google Home.
8. Remember, your mobile device and Google Home device should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network for this setup to work. Your ClicSmart devices will now appear in your Google Home menu of devices using the Google Home app.
